Payments for rates and water notices can be made online, in person, via mail, phone, or direct debit. Instalment due dates each year are 31 August, 30 November, 28 February and 31 May.

Contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society to make payments from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Ensure that you select the correct Biller Code for rates and water consumption payments respectively which can be found at the bottom of the notice. You may also receive your notices electronically via BPay View with the option to receive, pay and store notices in your online banking account. The BPAY Biller Code and your BPAY View registration number are located next to the BPAY logo on the front of your latest notice.

Any transactions that have been paid in error, such as a customer placing their account into credit due to an incorrect payment, will be refunded upon written request.
