Youth Activities

Mid-Western Regional Youth Council offer free events and activities across Kandos, Rylstone, Gulgong and Mudgee locations as well as online competitions for youth aged 12 - 24 years of age. See what's on or coming up - either after school or during one of our School holiday programs.

Youth Council

The Mid-Western Regional Youth Council provides an opportunity for young people in the region to have a voice in helping determine Council's priorities and highlight issues relating to local youth. The Mid-Western Regional Youth Council meets once per quarter and helps in deciding what activities and events they would like to see in our region for youth aged 12 - 24 years of age.

Tell Your Story Exhibition

Tell Your Story is a youth-led exhibition celebrating the voices, visions, and experiences of young people across our region. The exhibition runs from 30 May to 30 June 2025.

Town Hall Cinema

Mudgee Town Hall Cinema screenings are usually held on the first weekend of the month. A candy bar is available, serving fresh popcorn, snacks and drinks.

Youth Services Team

The Youth Services team at Mid-Western Regional Council are committed to providing a range of workshops and activities for youth aged between 12 – 24 years of age across the Mid-Western region, including Kandos, Rylstone, Mudgee and Gulgong.
