Tell Your Story – Youth Art Exhibition

Mudgee Arts Precinct | May 30 – June 30, 2025

Tell Your Story is a youth-led exhibition showcasing the creative voices of young people from across the Mid-Western Region. Developed through a series of workshops in storytelling, digital media, sound, visual art, and alongside a wider community callout the works presented here reflect personal perspectives in a celebration of creativity, confidence, and community.

This project is about expression. It’s about giving young people space to experiment, to create, and to share what matters to them. Some stories are clear, others more abstract, but all speak to the value of having a voice and being heard.

Curated by a team of local youth with support from Mudgee Arts Precinct and the Youth Services team at Mid-Western Regional Council, this exhibition stands as a reminder of what’s possible when young people are trusted to lead, to make, and to tell their story on their own terms.
