In accordance with Section 24AD(4) of the Fines Act 1996, Councils are required to make available to the public a quarterly report detailing the number and nature of parking infringements issued during the reporting period. This report provides transparency in the administration and enforcement of parking regulations within the Mid-Western Regional Council area, supporting accountability and community awareness of parking compliance activities.

It contains information and data on special provisions for parking offences under Division 2AA of the Fines Act 1996. Information required to be included in this report is outlined in clause 9 of the Fines Regulation 2025.
