This Policy encapsulates all Council workplaces including but not limited to depots, buildings (including offices, parks, sportsgrounds) and worksites. The policy covers the management and monitoring of contractors associated with the supply of goods and/or services to Council based on their performance both pre, during and post engagement. You will note the non-conformance matrix in this document as a guide as to how Council may manage a poor performing contractor, however given the diversity of Council, there may be variation to this methodology from time to time.
