Events Assistance Applications Opening Soon

Council is offering local events up to $3000 funding and in-kind support through its bi-annual Events Assistance Program opening on Monday (1 September).

The Program is open to not-for-profit events that are being held from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026.

Events with proven success of at least two years can apply for multi-year funding of up to three years in the one application.

All events requesting 100 per cent in-kind assistance (for activities such as field or venue hire, traffic management and waste services) will receive 10 bonus points in the scoring review.

The program has been supporting local events for many years.
