Residents can now receive their water and rates notices directly via email.

As part of its commitment to improve online services and access to information, Council has partnered with Payreq Mybills to electronically deliver rates and water notices directly to residents’ chosen email account.

As well as email, customers can also opt to receive their notices via online banking (BPAY View) or their preferred accounting software.

Electronic notices save time and paper, and allow residents to easily track and manage their bills more effectively, as well as helping businesses with reconciliation, making payments quicker and easier. “Council is committed to continuing to improve services and accessibility for residents, with the recent launch of Council’s new responsive website and online forms, YourWater smart water meter tracking, and now online rates notices,” Council’s General Manager, Brad Cam said.

To register to receive your rates and water notices via email, visit Council’s website.

Customers will be prompted to provide some personal details and information found on their latest notice.

Get notified each time a new notice arrives and never miss a bill again.
