Local businesses will be able to access free online business and wellness training as part of the 2022 NSW Small Business Month.

Council is partnering with Mid-Western Mentoring to provide the free online training, facilitated by motivational speaker Hugh Van Cuylenburg of The Resilience Project.

Explore and discover evidence based wellbeing strategies focused on gratitude, empathy, kindness and mindfulness, relevant during times of crisis and highly beneficial to business owners.

Each day for two weeks, from tomorrow Tuesday, 15 November to Tuesday, 29 November, participants will receive a two-minute video on wellbeing to help you and your business thrive.

The mission of The Resilience Project is to teach positive mental health strategies to help people become happier and more resilient, sharing emotionally engaging stories with hundreds of schools, workplaces and communities to help make the topic of mental health more accessible.

Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to receive free training. The online program will be delivered direct to your email from tomorrow Tuesday, 15 November. To sign up visit Council’s website and follow the prompts on the home page.

Council is delivering the initiative through support provided by the NSW Government’s Small Business Month program.
