Free learner driver supervisor workshops

Parents and supervisors of learner drivers are encouraged to join a free online workshop proudly hosted by Council with Transport for NSW.

Two sessions will be available via Zoom on Saturday, 30 April at 11am or Friday, 13 May at 12 noon, the program includes practical advice and information about completing the 120 hours of supervised driving.

Council’s Road Safety Officer, Sam Cecchini said parents and supervisors of learner drivers have a crucial role to play in making our roads safer.

“The Helping Learner Drivers Become Safer Drivers workshop is a great starting place to feel confident with the process,” Ms Cecchini said.

The presentation will offer practical advice and information about the Graduated Licensing Scheme, its log book requirements, licence conditions for learner and P-plate drivers, useful tips on being a supervising driver and more.
