Council facilities closed for National Day of Mourning

Some Council services and facilities will be closed next Thursday, 22 September 2022 for the declared National Day of Mourning for Her Majesty The Queen.

Council facilities including Customer Service Centres and Libraries in Mudgee, Gulgong, Kandos and Rylstone will be closed on Thursday, 22 September. Waste Facilities will remain open and all regular waste collection will continue.

Council’s pools are currently closed and will reopen for the summer swimming season on Saturday, 24 September. Mudgee Arts Precinct will remain open, however only the upstairs galleries will be accessible to the public due to a new exhibition being installed in the main gallery.

For emergencies and urgent matters, please contact Council’s out-of-hours-service on 1300 765 002. Regular operating hours for all Council services will resume on Friday, 23 September.
