In pursuance of Section 34 of the Local Government Act, 1993, Mid-Western Regional Council proposes to classify:
Lot 31 DP1074415 at 41A Robert Hoddle Grove, Bombira as Operational Land for purposes of Sewer Pump Station.
The land to be classified is indicated on the map below and marked by a red boundary.
Submissions should be in writing, giving reasons and addressed to the General Manager, Mid-Western Regional Council, PO Box 156 MUDGEE NSW 2850. Submissions will be accepted before the close of business Monday, 10 February 2025.
