Game Day Information

Parking

Parking is available at all shuttle bus pickup locations. Strictly no public parking will be permitted at the venue or on Pitts Lane on game day.

Please note: Vehicles displaying mobility parking permits may park in carpark P4 and should follow directional signage on arrival to the ground.

There will be no parking available at Mudgee Racecourse. 

 

Food and beverage facilities

There will be a number of food and beverage outlets open during the event operating from the eastern and western side of the ground.

Family hill

The alcohol-free family hill area will be located at the south east corner of the ground.

Accessible seating

Please call 123Tix directly to secure your accessible seating tickets. 

Conditions of Entry

Conditions of Entry for the 2023 Charity Shield are as per the NRL Event Terms and Conditions.

No alcohol, glass, cans or pets (other than an assistance dog) will be permitted into Glen Willow Regional Sports Stadium. Security will be in place to enforce this rule and conduct bag checks. Picnic rugs and chairs are permitted to be brought into the Stadium. 

Protect yourself against the heat, be sun smart and bring a hat and sunscreen. Umbrellas may be used upon entry to and from the stadium but must be taken down on entry inside the venue. Water stations will be set up around the venue. Bring your own empty (unsealed) water bottle. Drinks will also be available from food and drinks stalls.

Return buses all depart from Glen Willow Stadium following the completion of the main game at approximately 5.50pm.

Free Mudgee shuttle bus

Shuttle buses will pick up and drop off on a continuous rotation roughly every 15 minutes, commencing from 1.15pm and concluding at 4.15pm. 

A low-floor bus will be available for patrons requiring assistance. Parking is available at all shuttle bus locations. The shuttle bus service will recommence at the conclusion of the main game.
