Council, at its ordinary meeting held on 17 April 2024, resolved to:
- acknowledge that the content of the Access to Information Policy(PDF, 295KB) is included in Council's Agency Information Guide;
- endorse the rescission of the Access to Information Policy;
- place the policy on public exhibition to seek comment and input from the community; and
- rescind the Access to Information Policy if no submissions are received following the public exhibition period.

Council welcomes written submissions on the above matter. Submissions must be addressed to the General Manager and received prior to 4.30pm on Friday 17 May 2024.
