RE-NOTIFICATION OF AMENDED DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
Following the Section 34 Conference held on the 29 April 2022, the Registrar for the Land and Environment Court has granted leave for the applicant to amend their development application so as to rely on amended plans and documents in the above proceedings.
A copy of the amended proposal is available for your perusal via Council's website and the following, commencing 8 August 2022.
- Council’s Administration Centre at 86 Market Street, Mudgee, or
- 109 Herbert Street Gulgong and 77 Louee Street Rylstone upon request,
- and via Council's website
You are advised that any comments regarding this matter must be made in writing, addressed to the General Manager. Any such comments must be received by Council by 22 August 2022.
If comments are in the form of an objection to the development, the grounds for such objection should be clearly specified. Your submission will be taken into account prior to the consent orders being given by the Court.
If you make a submission and have given a political donation or gift within the last two (2) years, you are required to fill out a disclosure statement: Political Donations and Gifts Disclosure Statement to Mid-Western Regional Council

Please note that the amended documentation provided by IT Power (Australia) Pty Ltd will inform the final Statement of Facts and Contentions prepared by Council for submission to the Court prior to the hearing listed for 21 – 23 September 2022.
