Mid-Western Regional Council’s stormwater and drainage program is designed to provide a highly effective and efficient stormwater collection and disposal system that achieves an optimum balance between the level of protection and minimum cost to the community.
The Rylstone/Kandos drainage Study requires review to refine future required works. This work will identify major works to deal with existing problem areas and cater for future growth of the towns.
The other works included in this area are the construction or repair of concrete causeways in the rural locations identified and included in the 10 Year Causeway Improvement Pogram identified in the Road Network Strategic Plan.
Council does not levy an annual charge in relation to Stormwater Management Services.
