Environment Grants Initiative

The Environment Grants program seeks to support community initiated projects by groups, clubs and schools that improve our local environment and inspire environmentally sustainable behaviour within Mid-Western Regional area.

 

This initiative has now closed.

 

Three rounds of grants were offered from $500 to $5000 to support projects in 2014-2015.

Further funding

If you are part of a group, club, school or other community not-for-profit organization and have an idea for a new innovative project that improve our local environment and inspire environmentally sustainable behaviour within Mid-Western Regional area Council would like to hear from you.

Council would like to encourage and support existing environmental community projects, if you have an upcoming event, need to promote for more volunteers or need small one off assistance for a maintenance project Council may be able to assist.
