PLANNING PROPOSAL – Housekeeping Amendment to Mid-Western Regional Local Environmental Plan 2012 - land at Upper Growee & additional heritage items.

 

A Planning Proposal is being placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days commencing Friday 12th April 2019 to amend the Mid-Western Regional Local Environmental Plan 2012.

The planning proposal seeks to rezone land at Upper Growee from RU4 Primary Production Small Lots to R5 Large Lot Residential to correct a mapping error. The following lots are subject to the rezoning:
