Proposed Waste Facility Hours

PUBLIC CONSULTATION

Council is seeking public comment regarding a proposed reduction of opening hours for the Mudgee, Gulgong and Kandos waste facilities. 

At the October 2009 Corporate Services Committee meeting, Council resolved to seek public comment on the following waste facilities operating hours:

Mudgee
8.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
9.00am-3.30pm Saturday - Sunday

Gulgong & Kandos
8.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
9.30am-3.30pm Saturday - Sunday

It is further proposed to close these facilities on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday and the Queens Birthday public holidays.

Written submissions are invited until 16 November 2009.
