NRL Matches to be held at Glen Willow
Mid-Western Regional Council is excited to confirm it has secured four NRL premiership games at Mudgee's Glen Willow Stadium.
The two-year partnership between Council and the NRL sees Glen Willow host two St George Illawarra Dragons home games and the 2018 and 2019 Charity Shield featuring the Dragons and South Sydney Rabbitohs.

Getting to the Game
There is strictly no public parking permitted at the venue on game day. Patrons are advised to catch the FREE SHUTTLE BUS or WALK to the venue.
There will be a FREE SHUTTLE BUS service operating throughout the Mudgee CBD. Services will commence at 11.00am and operate on a continuous loop to Glen Willow Regional Sports Stadium from the below pick up/drop off locations;
Services will depart Glen Willow Regional Sports Stadium to the CBD at the completion of the game at Glen Willow.
A low-floor bus will be available for patrons requiring assistance.
On foot - Glen Willow is accessible from the Mudgee CBD. Patrons parking in the Mudgee CBD will be able to walk a short distance (approx. 1km) to Glen Willow Regional Sports Stadium.
Parking - limited parking will be available at the Mudgee Racecourse and Parklands Resort with a $2 donation to the Lions Club payable on entry. Please follow directions from traffic management personnel.
Disabled Parking - vehicles displaying a disabled parking pass will be permitted to park in the car park areas on Pitts Lane directly across from the Stadium. Please follow instructions from traffic management personnel.
A low-floor bus will be available from the Mudgee CBD for patrons requiring assistance. Please refer to Free Hail and Ride Service information.
Spectator Drop-Off - no drop-off is permitted on Pitts Lane. Drop-off should be to one of the four (4) Hail and Ride Service locations.
Gate Entry - there will be two (2) Ticketed entry gates to the stadium;
On egress, pedestrians will be able to exit from both the western and eastern side of the ground.
Purchasing tickets - due to expected high demand for tickets, it is recommended that you pre-purchase your tickets through Ticketek. Tickets will be available to purchase on game day at the Box Office (western side of the ground).
Please note: there will be strictly no pass-outs.
Road Closures - Pitts Lane will be closed from 9.00am to 10.00pm on Saturday 24 February 2018 and Sunday 20 May 2018 except for access to residents, VIP vehicles and public transport.
Please obey all signs and travel with care. Council thanks you for your co-operation and apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
Conditions of Entry - no alcohol or glass will be permitted to be bought in to Glen Willow Regional Sports Stadium. Security will be in place to enforce this rule. Picnic rugs and chairs are permitted to be bought in to the Stadium. Please see attached conditions of entry to the ground and cooperate with any requests from security.
Food and Beverage Facilities - there will be a number of food and beverage outlets open during the event operating from the eastern and western side of the ground.
Family Hill - the alcohol-free family hill area will be located under the scoreboard at the southern end of the ground.
ATM Facilities - there will be no ATM facilities available at the game.
